Torri went on a serendipitous professional journey from the television news industry to the organizational development field.
Torri is an Organizational Development Practitioner based in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area. She creates, designs and facilitates learning and development programs that include: transformational change, teambuilding, leadership training, and conflict management.
She launched her career as a television news journalist more than a decade ago. A six-time award winning journalist, Torri has covered some of the nation’s biggest news stories. And amazing regional stories too. She is most passionate about special features.
Torri is a graduate of Howard University. She received a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Trinity Washington University.
The mission of FromTV2OD is to inspire professionals who suffer from fatigue and low motivation in the workplace. And to provide transformative solutions to professionals dealing with complex issues on the job.
